Hermann Sunait worked as a restorer in the workshops of the Catherine Palace in Tsarskoye Selo, known worldwide primarily for its Amber Room.

His works can be found in churches and private collections in various countries, including the United Kingdom, Germany, Israel, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Russia, Ukraine.
